Business Subscription Services
With our plans, you’ll quickly see how easy it is to keep legal fees in-line with your budget. Plans include unlimited calls and legal research, contract reviews, discounts, and updates.
Package Options
Employment Law Services
Packages include “On-Call”, “Premium” and “Enterprise” and our customized “Counsel” package. Plus Premium, Enterprise and Counsel subscription members receive special pricing on legal services which fall outside the package scope.
Business Law Services
You have HR or PEO support for your employment level need but could use some support on your business/contract questions? Select the Business Law only option.
Plans starting at $250/month for individual business or employment subscriptions. Combined business and employment plans starting at $350/month.

The Owner Funded Package
You are a team. More hands to spread the work around. You aren’t looking for investors but still need a way to control the legal cost of your start-up.

Your idea is great but needs funding to get it off the ground. Preparing documents for your investors is pricey – but so are other aspects of your start up. Spreading our your legal costs is key to getting your business up and running.
