In the Fall of 2017, Navigant Law Group, LLC welcomed Elizabeth M. Kircher to the practice of law. Elizabeth concentrates her practice on creating individualized estate plans for disability and death. She strives to address her client’s needs and protect their assets, for their families and loved ones, thus providing them with peace of mind. She focuses on accomplishing each client’s unique objectives, including preparing for the possibility of incapacity, enabling them to avoid expensive and timely court proceedings, such as probate and guardianships. When probate court or guardianship is appropriate and necessary, Elizabeth seeks to guide her clients to make informed decisions, consistent with their individual requirements, in the most streamlined and efficient manner possible.
Elizabeth obtained her Juris Doctorate in May 2016 from Western State College of Law in Irvine, California, where she received a full academic scholarship spanning 2014-2016, and where she was honored to be invited to the Dean’s Circle. While in law school, Elizabeth realized her interest in estate planning and focused her education upon estate planning, wills and trusts, probate and taxation. As a law student, Elizabeth worked as a Certified Law Clerk, which allowed her to practice law while supervised by a licensed attorney.
Elizabeth is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and California.
The desire to work in law is not new to Elizabeth. In 2010, Elizabeth began her legal career as a Paralegal who worked closely with attorneys in the field of real estate, estate planning, and personal injury allowing Elizabeth to gain experience working on wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. While there, she realized her passion for law and decided to become an attorney.
Elizabeth volunteers for and participates in various charitable walks and runs. For the last three years, she fund-raised and ran a 10k for Pediatric Cancer and Race for Rescues. In May 2017, Elizabeth and her husband adopted a rescue puppy named Daisy, who quickly became a part of the family.
